The jury is composed of professionals representing various fields of contemporary art, film and video production: curators, institution directors, academics, artists, gallerists and film industry experts. The jury meets between July 5 and July 8, 2007 at Kino Babylon Berlin Mitte (www.babylonberlin.de) for a screening session, after which the prizes are conferred. The screening session is open to the public every evening (time will be announced). In order to offer the jury’s deliberations to a greater audience, a panel comprised of the jury members will communicate the content of the meeting and the basis of their decisions to the public on Sunday July 8.
