Katerina Gregos (GR/BE)

Katerina Gregos is a curator and writer from Athens, Greece.

Currently she is artistic director of Argos - Centre for Art & Media, in
Brussels, and co-curator of the 1^st Brussels biennial, scheduled to
take place in 2008.

Previously (1997 - 2002), she was the Director of the Deste Foundation,
Centre for Contemporary Art in Athens where she organised over 15
exhibition and events.
Between 2003 - 2006 she worked as an independent curator internationally
having curated a number of projects in diverse museums and public spaces
in Europe.

the City of Nicosia/, Cyprus, 2005 (co-curated with Erden Kosova,
supported by the United Nations)

/Britannia Works/ (commissioned by the British Council), 4 venues,
Athens 2004

/The Mediterraneans/, Museum of Contemporary Art - MACRO, Rome, 2004

Katerina Gregos has authored numerous artists' catalogues and is a
regular contributor to /Flash Art International/, and /Contemporary/,
London as well as other international art periodicals. She has lectured
and participated in conferences, biennials, and art fairs internationally.
